By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Description
TrackPro offers onboard lap analysis services to help you improve your lap times and driving performance. This service includes:

  • A detailed review of your uploaded onboard video.
  • Personalized feedback and actionable recommendations tailored to your driving.

Turnaround Times

  • Pro Express (24-Hour Turnaround): Your feedback will be delivered within 24 hours from the time your video is successfully uploaded.
  • Pro Standard (5-Day Turnaround): Your feedback will be delivered within 5 business days from the time your video is successfully uploaded.

💡 Note: The 24-hour turnaround period begins only after your video has been uploaded. Failure to upload your video promptly may delay the service delivery.

Video Upload Requirements
To ensure the best possible analysis, you must:

  1. Upload clear, high-quality onboard footage via the provided upload link.
  2. Rename your video file with your Name, Track Name, and Car Details (e.g., JohnDoe_HamptonDowns_GT3.mp4).
  3. Provide any additional details (if applicable) about areas you'd like feedback on.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this personalized service:

  • If you are unable to upload your video within 7 days of purchase, your order will be canceled, and you may request a refund or re-purchase the service at a later time.
  • If you are not satisfied with your analysis, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your feedback. Simply email info@trackproacademy.com with your order details, and we will process your refund promptly.
