Introducing The Driver Blueprint

Want To Know Exactly Where Your Lap Time Is Going, Today, Using Footage You've Already Got?

The fault is rarely where you feel it. The Driver Blueprint is the method I use to trace any fault back to the phase that caused it, then fix it. Run it on your own worst corner today.

What it is: short video lessons in the members' area, plus two printable one pagers. Yours for twelve months, and all of it is ready to watch now.

  • No data logger

  • No extra track days

  • One lap of your own onboard

Yes, Show Me Where My Time Is Going$37 today. Normally $97.

The same process I use when I watch a driver's onboard, written down so you can run it on yours. Instant access, twelve months, 14 day money back guarantee.

The Corner Map, one of the two printable sheets in The Driver Blueprint

You're not slow because you lack commitment. You're slow because you've been handed six voices and no system underneath any of them.

Your instructor says one thing. The quick guy in the paddock says another. YouTube says a third.

So you work harder at the place where it feels wrong. The car runs wide on exit, so you work on the exit. Nothing changes, because the exit was never the problem.

A corner has four main phases, and each one is a consequence of the one before it. So the place you feel the problem is almost never the place it started.

This is all you need on the desk. One lap, filmed from inside the car.

Take the finding almost everyone gets from the free checklist: the throttle arriving early. Everyone assumes it's impatience. It isn't. It's a consequence, and the cause sits earlier in the corner.

I see it most with drivers who've been chasing the same problem for a couple of seasons. It's rarely a new line, and it's rarely more commitment. Usually it's the timing of a single input, and once that moves, the rest of the technique tends to start working on its own.

Nothing about them had changed. They'd just stopped fixing the wrong end of the corner.

The Driver Blueprint is that process, written down, so you can run it on your own footage today.

The Plateau

Any Of This Sound Familiar?

The same lap time, three events running

40 minutes of footage and no idea what it's telling you

“Brake later, commit harder”, when you're already braking as late as you dare

Spending on the car because a new part at least feels like progress

Six opinions in one paddock, none of which fit together

Quietly wondering if that's just how quick you are

None of that is a talent problem. It's a diagnosis problem.

This Offer Is New

The Method Behind It Isn't

The Blueprint is new. The process inside it is the one I've been running with drivers for twenty years, and this is what they say about it.

The cheapest way to find lap time at the race track.

Who You're Learning From

Hi, I'm Andrew

I've raced for a living for over twenty years, GT3 and LMP across Asia Pacific and North America, and I've coached more than 1,000 drivers along the way.

The pattern never changes: the driver knows something is wrong, and is working on the wrong part of the corner.

This is the process I use when I watch someone's onboard, written down so you can run it yourself today.

From Drivers I've Coached

Two Decades Of This, Not Two Weeks

The drivers who've worked with me say it better than I can.

A great refresher for things I knew but somehow lost sight of as bad habits set in. I still have the traction circle that you drew on a piece of paper from years ago!

Great informative tool for both very experienced drivers and newbies alike. Enough depth to work on one single issue if that's all you want to fix.

A great step up, with excellent information on a number of aspects.

Is This You?

This Is For You If

  • You own the car you drive on track and you pay for your own days
  • You've got at least one lap of onboard footage, even if it's a phone on the roll bar
  • You want to understand what the car is doing, not just be told what to do
  • You've plateaued and you're sick of guessing which lever to pull
  • You'd rather spend $37 finding the answer than $3,700 hoping a part contains it

This Is Not For You If

  • You've never driven on a circuit. Come back after your first day, you'll get far more out of it.
  • You've got no footage at all and no plans to record any. The whole thing runs off your lap.
  • You want me personally watching your driving and answering your questions. That's the Driver Performance Hub, not this.
  • You're already quick, already know why, and can repeat it on command. Fair enough, well done.

Questions

Before You Ask

What actually turns up when I buy?

Everything, straight away. Twelve lessons in the members' area, plus the Corner Map and the Fault Trace Sheet to print. Nothing to install, nothing posted to you.

Will this work for my car?

Yes. Grip and weight transfer work the same way in a Miata and a GT3. The method reads a corner, not a chassis.

Can't I get this on YouTube?

YouTube gives you the odd fix. It can't tell you why your car pushes in Turn 3, or where your tenth on exit went. This is a process you run on your own footage.

I only get a handful of track days a year. Is it worth it?

That's exactly who it's built for. Most of the improvement happens between sessions.

I'm not that experienced. Is this too advanced?

No. The four phases are where everyone starts.

My car has no data. Does that matter?

No. Nothing in here needs it. One lap of onboard footage is enough.

How long does it take?

Under 45 minutes if you watch everything, about 25 if you go straight to your own fix.

I've bought courses before and never finished them.

So have I. That's why this one is short, and you only watch the fix lesson that matches your corner.

I'd rather put the money into the car.

Fair. But a set of tyres costs many times this and won't tell you where the time is going. Find that first, then spend on the car knowing what you're buying.

What if I want you to look at my actual laps?

That's the Driver Performance Hub. This one is deliberately self serve, which is why it costs what it costs.

What's the difference between this and the Hub?

This is one corner solved, and a method you can run yourself. The Hub is the whole system, plus the people.

How long do I have access?

Twelve months.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Give it a go, and if you don't like it, email me within 14 days and I'll give you your money back.

Imagine If

Imagine Pulling In Already Knowing What Happened

Imagine coming in after a session and already knowing what happened out there, instead of scrolling through footage hoping something jumps out.

Imagine turning up to your next track day with one clear thing to work on, and coming in knowing whether it worked, instead of hoping it did.

It costs less than a set of pads and takes less time than the drive home. Less than an hour and $37, and you've already got the footage.
